Our award winning vanilla cupcake, filled with a ginger and pear compote, topped with Finnriver’s Pear Brandy buttercream, pear caramel drizzle and sprinkled with pear crisp streusel.

Picking the perfect pear from Upper Wenatchee River Valley is the just the beginning of this little cupcake. Pear harvest is happening now at Stemilt, and we were one of the first to get our hands on the fresh crop.

Falling in love with Finnriver’s Pear Brandy  at the first sip is not hard to do.  It’s sweet, thick, SUPER aromatic and true to real pear flavorful.

We tasted Simple & Crisp pear chips a year ago and wanted to incorporate them into something really special, so to top this cupcake off, we made a light cinnamon pear chip streusel.
