ORDERING, DELIVERY, PICKUP & SHIPPING

Q: Do you deliver cupcakes?

A: Yes!  We deliver to most zip codes in the Seattle, Mercer Island and Bellevue areas for $15 or more. Please visit our delivery page for more details about our delivery area.

Q: Do you have a minimum for delivery orders?

A: Yes, our delivery minimum order is $43.00.  That is equivalent to one dozen cupcakes or 2 dozen babycakes

Q: Do you deliver ice cream?

A: Not yet, but we’re working on it!

Q: Can I stop into a cafe right now and pick-up a bunch of cupcakes?

A: Yes – of course.  We do suggest that any order of 12 or more be made in advance to ensure that we have what you’re looking for.  As well, pre-orders will be boxed and ready to go and can save time for you when picking up at our café.  Call any of our cafes, or place your order online to pre-order.  We will do our best to accommodate large walk-in orders (of 24+), but know that sometimes we might not have all of the cupcakes you’re looking for.

Q: Do you mail or ship cupcakes?

A: YES- Kinda.  We can ship our Home Cupcaking Kit.  You can enjoy our cupcake mix and frosting anywhere, anytime.  Plus, you get the wonderful experience of baking them at home!  Just order our Home Cupcaking Kit (includes mix, frosting, and sweet Pine Cupcake Box), or any component of the kit, then bake a dozen Cupcake Royale cupcakes in your own kitchen! Q: How do I place an order?

A: Best way – online here, no later than noon the day BEFORE you need your cupcakes. For same day orders, please call the location and speak with someone directly. Delivery orders must be placed online and must be ordered by noon the day prior.

Q: Can I order any of your flavors? Can I order them in babycakes?

A: If you see it online, you can pre-order it.  If you want it in babycakes, we can do that for orders of 24 babycakes or more of one flavor.  For same day orders, please call a cafe at 206-883-7656 and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

All orders must be canceled or changed by 11am the day before your order is due.  You must receive confirmation that it is canceled and you cannot cancel orders by leaving a voicemail message. Online orders can be canceled by emailing info@cupcakeroyale.com.  If you placed an order with a cafe (in person or on the phone) you need to contact that cafe directly. Large event or wedding orders (300+) need 5 business days for cancellation or changes.

Q: How do I make changes to my order?

CUSTOMIZATION

Q: Can I order custom cupcakes?

A: Yes – of course.  Know that if you see it online, you can pre-order it. Anything beyond what you see online, you must call a cafe and walk us thru your vision.  We’ll let you know if we can make your creation!

Q: Can I get my company logo on a cupcake?

A:  Please call a cafe to ask about this option.  It’s tricky, and we want to talk to you about options and what we are able to do.

OTHER CUPCAKE QUESTIONS

Q: What do you offer for weddings?

A: We love weddings, and have been a part of the love for over 10 years with Cupcakes for weddings—from 100 to 1,000 cupcakes.  We have a page dedicated to cupcakes for that special day! Please read more here.

Q: I won’t be eating the cupcakes right away, what should I do?

A: We recommend eating our delicious made-from-scratch cupcakes on the day that you’d like to devour them.  We do not use preservatives, so our cupcakes are best eaten on the day that they’re ordered. If you must store them, avoid warm temperatures/direct sun and also avoid refrigeration. If you can, store in an airtight container, it has been said that they keep well for 2 days or so – but we’re so in love with the fresh bake that it’s hard for us to be unbiased!

Q: Do you offer Gluten Free or Vegan options?

A: Yes! We offer both!  Please read more here.

Q: Are you a certified Gluten-Free and/or Nut-Free Bakery?

A: No, we are not. However, we take great care to prevent cross contamination in our bakery and in our shops.

Q: How much are your cupcakes?

A: Cupcakes are $3.95 and Babycakes are $2 but the price decreases the more you order. Cake Pops are always $2.50 each.

Q:  Is it true that Cupcake Royale cupcakes are consistently voted best cupcakes in Seattle and beyond?

A: We’re humbled for the many accolades that our cupcakes have received – and the proof is in the cupcakes.  We’d love to know if you agree!
