The Seattle Times featured our Bourbon Caramel Apple Pie ice cream at the top of their list of seasonal apple treats.

Cupcake Royale Bourbon Caramel Apple Pie Ice Cream ($8.50 for a pint at Cupcake Royale cafés through mid-November). This seasonal flavor combines rich ice cream with a caramel-apple compote, Lattin’s Country Cider Mill & Farm’s local apple cider, graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and bourbon. The whole thing is finished with house-made salted caramel sauce for a salty, sweet finish.
